Ingredients

 
Canned tuna packed in olive oil
 
6 Nicoise olives
 
2 small potatoes, boiled and chopped
 
8-12 French green beans, blanched
 
Roma tomato, julienned
 
Hard boiled eggs, chopped
 
Baby greens
 
Vinaigrette dressing from Part 2
 
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Put baby greens in a bowl.
Add salt and pepper.
Add vinaigrette dressing and toss well.
Place that in a plate.
In another bowl, put tuna. Mash it well with a fork.
Put tuna over the greens.
Add tomatoes, green beans, olives, eggs and potatoes.
Top with vinaigrette dressing.
Sprinkle with black pepper.
