Baby greens
 
Sherry vinegar
 
Extra virgin olive oil
 
Kosher salt

Directions

Put baby greens in a large bowl.
Add salt and pepper to the greens.
Sprinkle with vinegar and olive oil.
Toss well.
Serve in a plate.
