Directions

1) Place the eggs at the bottom of a medium sized saucepan.
2) Cover with enough water to 1-inch more than the eggs.
3) Bring the water and eggs to boil.
4) Turn off the heat when it starts to boil.
5) Cover the pot and let the eggs sit for 11 minutes.
6) Rinse the eggs in cold water and remove the shells.
