2 whole pita bread to make chips
 
Hummus:
 
1 tbsp olive oil
 
1 tbsp lemon juice
 
1-2 green chilies
 
2 garlic cloves
 
1 tsp each salt and black pepper
 
2 tbsp each chopped cilantro & sesame seeds
 
1 piece of fresh ginger
 
16 oz. drained garbanzo beans

Directions

Use 1/3 saved liquid for use in making the paste by blending all the ingredients.
Bake pita bread to make chips for 90 minutes at 200 degrees.
