How To Decorate A Christmas Cake Recipe Video

Ingredients
* Fruit cake
* Brandy
* Apricot jam
* Ready-made marzipan to cover a 20cm (8in) round cake
* Ready-made sugar paste to cover a 20cm (8in) round cake
* Ready-made green sugar paste for decorating (available from most good cake-decorating shops)
* Water for sticking
* Icing sugar for sprinkling
Equipment:
* Plastic cake scraper
* Cake crimpers (for decorating, and available from most good cake-decorating shops)
* Ribbon cut to the length of your cake
* Chopstick
* Scissors
