2 ½ lb stew meat
2 tbsp salt
2 tbsp black pepper
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Water Seasonings:
½ onion
½ Cuban pepper
2 bay leafs
2 tbsp cilantro fine chop
2 tbsp salt
2 tbsp pepper
3 tbsp cumin
Ingredients for stew:
4 oz potatoes
4 oz carrots
1 tbsp sazon *latin section in the suoermarket
2 tbsp sofrito (onions,peppers and cilantro)
2 tbsp cappers
