I tried this Potato Soup recipe and it was a winner!I just replaced ham with chicken since I don't like ham at all. Thanks for sharing this yummy potato appetizer :)

I would omit the meat... apart from that I think it would turn out great too with some added asparagus slices and broccoli bits :)
