Directions

Season both sides of the chicken with salt & pepper.
Spray non-stick cooking spray in the panini press.
Place chicken for 12 minutes in the press.
Put it in a plate.
Pour few drops of extra virgin olive oil over the chicken.
Sprinkle parsley over the chicken and garnish with a lemon wedge.
