1 c black rice
 
Water
 
For Salad
 
Red bell pepper
 
Pineapple

Black Pepper

Directions

Soak black rice in water for 30-40 minutes.
Fill water in the steamer pot and rice in the steamer basket. Cover it.
Keep it on medium flame. Cook until rice is done.
Transfer it in a bowl and add bell pepper, pineapple, olive oil, black pepper and lemon juice.
Toss it and salad is ready.
