* 3 ½ lb table grape
* 4 oz all-purpose flour

GETTING READY
1. Crush grapes with hand one at the time with your fingers before filtering the grape juice and giving it a final hand-squeeze to get as much juice as you can.
MAKING
2. In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour with grape juice using a whisk ensuring there are no lumps.
3. Put the mixture in a pot and bring to a boil, constantly stirring it. Keep boiling for 2 minutes before placing the mixture into molds while it’s still hot.
4. Place the molds in the fridge, allowing them to rest for at least a couple of hours.
SERVING
5. For garnish, you can use fresh cranberries, fresh mint and ground dark chocolate.
