Yogurt Glazed Baked Salmon Recipe Video

Ingredients
4 (4-ounce) salmon fillets
Olive Oil Mister
1 teaspoon dried cranberries
1 teaspoon dried blueberries
1 tablespoon low-fat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon strawberry fat-free yogurt
Directions
Preheat oven to 425° F.
Place fish, skin side down, in a baking dish coated with oil mist.
Combine dried fruit, yogurt and mayo; spread evenly over fish.
Bake at 425° F for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
