Directions

MAKING
1. Place the seaweed over the counter top. Spread quinoa over the seaweed and top with radish and mushroom filling.
2. In a bowl take water and wet your finger and scrub over the edges of the seaweed. Roll the sushi and close the corners.
3. Place the sushi logs over a chopping board and slice.

SERVING
4. Serve Sushi with vegetable juice.
