Directions

MAKING
1. For Spring rolls – in a plate take water dip the tapioca wraps for 30 seconds.
2. Place the sheet in the plate, stuff with lettuce leaves, peaches, avocado, sprouts, green onion and carrots. Wrap the filling and make perfect rolls.
3. For making peanut sauce – in a bowl combine all the ingredients well and set aside.

SERVING
4. Serve Spring rolls with peanut sauce and enjoy!
