Stir Fried Pork in Sweet and Sour Sauce Recipe Video
Here’s a very easy, delicious and frugal meal for dinner tonight! Just make sure you have all of your ingredients ready in order to make this swift and efficient! Enjoy!
Ingredients
2 pounds pork
1 -28 oz can pineapple diced
6 TBS pineapple juice
6 TBS rice wine vinegar
3 TBS soy sauce
6 TBS sugar
3 TBS ketchup
1 TBS Corn starch
1 chopped medium red onion
1 chopped medium red bell pepper
1 TBS grated ginger
6 garlic cloves
Peanut or vegetable oil

Directions
Rinse and pat dry the pork. Heat a large skillet with some oil. brown the pork in batches and set aside.
While the pork is browning, whisk together the pineapple juice, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, ketchup, sugar and cornstach in a small bowl. Set aside.
Add a little more oil to the skillet and heat and add the onion and bell pepper and cook for about four minutes.
Add the pineapple and pork to the skillet and mix well.
Add the liquid to the pan and bring to a soft boil to allow sauce to thicken.
Serve with white or brown rice.
