Directions

MAKING
1) In a pan, melt the butter and crack the eggs slightly away from each other.
2) Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
3) Allow to cook for 2 to 3 minutes over a medium-high heat.
4) Flip the eggs and cook for a another few seconds.
