2 cups cooked rice
 
1 cup sweet or holy basil
 
1/4 lb raw shrimps (washed and devien)
 
1 egg
 
1 tbsp garlic (minced)
 
1 tsp salt
 
1 tsp squid sauce
 
1-2 tbsp soy sauce
 
1 tbsp dark soy sauce (optional)
 
1 tbsp cooking oil
 
1 tsp red chile

Directions

Medium - high heat the pan. Add cooking oil to the pan. Add garlic. Add red chile. Add shrimp to the pan. Cook for a minute. Add squid sauce to the pan. Add egg to the pan. Scramble it. Add cooked rice to the pan. Add basil. Add soy sauce. Add salt to the pan. Stir well. Add dark soy sauce to the pan. Stir well. Turn off the heat.
