Directions

Coat bottom of pan with olive oil and heat.
Add sausage and brown.
Drain.
Wipe skillet and add more olive oil.
Heat.
Add onion and brown.
Add the garlic and mix.
Cook for 1 to 2 minutes until you can smell the garlic.
Add the sausage and mix well.
Add the crushed tomatoes, the mushrooms, the basil and the oregano.
Mix well.
Bring pan to a boil. Cover, lower heat and simmer for 2 hours.
Stir occasionally.
Serve.
