Ingredients
1 piece pork chop
soy sauce
white chicken stock
oyster sauce
sugar
white cooking wine
cornstarch
olive oil
garlic clove
green onion and pepper
Directions
In a plate, put 1 piece of pork chop. Add soy sauce to the meat. Turn around the meat. Add some more sauce. Marinade for 10 minutes.
Put 2 tbsp white chicken stock to a pan. Add 1 tbsp soy sauce. Add 1 tbsp oyster sauce. Add 1 tsp sugar. Add 1 tsp white cooking wine to the pan. Add 1 tsp cornstarch. Mix well.
Medium-high heat the frying pan. Add 2 tbsp olive oil to the pan. Add 1 garlic clove. Add pork chop. Cook the chop for 7-10 minutes to each side. Add green onion and pepper to the pan. Turn meat, onion, and pepper.
Medium-high heat the pan. Heat the sauce mixture.
Turn off the heat of both chop and sauce.
Put cooked chop over a plate. Pour sauce over the meat. Garnish with cooked onion and pepper.

Thanks Ltkman. I am also Asian and this dish was terrific. My Wife and I agree that this was the best pork chop we have ever had. We don't eat a lot of pork because we are sometimes afraid of the "porky" flavor (I am also not a great cook but I am trying to learn). Thanks again, I will be trying your other recipes.
