Ingredients
1 pineapple(chopped)
1 kg sugar
2 tsp yeast
Directions
Boil 10 cups of water, pineapple and sugar.
When the liquid is little hot, add the yeast. Mix it properly.
Pour it in an air tight container. Stir it once in two days.
Strain the juice after 21 days.
Your pineapple wine is ready.
Store the wine in air tight container.
