Homemade Pad Thai Recipe Video

Ingredients
Rice Noodles ( for Dried noodles, presoaked at least 15 mins till soften)
Vegetable Oil
Egg
Tofu
Shrimp or Chicken
Crushed Peanut
Cashew Nuts or Almonds
Garlic
Vegetables-Brocolli, Carrot, Snow Peas, Green Onion, Bean Sprouts.
Water
Pad Thai sauce
Directions
Heat a wok. Add oil. Crack an egg and fry it. Keep the egg aside.
Saute garlic, shrimp. When the shrimp is cooked add noodles, Pad Thai sauce. Stir well.
Add green onion and tofu. Add water if necessary.
Add crushed peanuts or almonds and mix well.
Serve hot.
