Loco Moco Recipe Video

Loco moco is a traditional Hawaiian breakfast recipe , very popular in restaurants. It is a good way to utilize any leftover rice or hamburger. By virtue of its ingredients, loco moco can be served for breakfast, lunch or even dinner. Nutrition wise it is a high protein meal.

Ingredients

 
1 c Ground Beef
 
1 c Cooked rice
 
1 jar Gravy
 
1 Egg

Directions

1) Form beef into patties and cook on a pan till both sides are well done.
2) In a bowl, add rice and top it with the patty then pour gravy over it.
3) Make sunny side egg by cracking an egg over a oiled and well heated pan. Cover with a lid for a few second so the top firms up but remember dont over cook it.
4) When the egg is done and the yolk is still slightly runny, turn off the heat and transfer egg to your bowl by topping the gravy & beef patty with the sunny side up egg.
5) Serve and enjoy!
