Italian Meatballs Recipe Video

Italian meatballs are the ultimate treat! They are also quite easy to make. In this video we made a huge batch for 3 meals – rigatoni and meatballs, Minestrone soup and we froze 1/3 for meatball pizza. Meatballs freeze beautifully!

 Yellow onion2 Tablespoon, grated

Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients till well combined.
2. Using the palms of the hands, form small meatballs.
3. Heat a large skillet with olive oil and fry the meatballs, turning as they brown. Drain on paper towel.

SERVING
4. These meatballs can be used to make soups, pizza or any dish of choice.

TIPS
If inexpensive ground veal is not available use 1.5 pounds of sausage and 1.5 pounds of beef.
