| Ground sausage | 1 Pound | |
| Ground beef | 1 Pound | |
| Ground veal | 1 Pound | |
| Parmesan cheese | 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), grated | |
| Bread crumbs | 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) | |
| Egg | 1 Medium | |
| Oregano | 1 Tablespoon, crushed | |
| Garlic | 3 Clove (15 gm), minced (or 2 large) | |
| Fresh basil | 2 Tablespoon, chopped finely | |
| Yellow onion | 2 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Black pepper | 1 Teaspoon (to taste) |

Directions
1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients till well combined.
2. Using the palms of the hands, form small meatballs.
3. Heat a large skillet with olive oil and fry the meatballs, turning as they brown. Drain on paper towel.
SERVING
4. These meatballs can be used to make soups, pizza or any dish of choice.
TIPS
If inexpensive ground veal is not available use 1.5 pounds of sausage and 1.5 pounds of beef.
