Directions

GETTING READY
1.Soak the bread in water. When softened, squeeze out excess water.

MAKING
2.Mince the onion in a food processor.
3.In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, summac, salt, minced onions and soaked bread and mix by hand until well incorporated.
4.Take 4 oz portions of the meat mixture and shape on a skewer.
5.Cook on a grill or in a preheated 350F oven for one hour or until done, turning the kebabs half way through cooking.

SERVING
6.Serve hot with a salad side.
