Directions
1. In a bowl, add the avocado pieces and using a potato masher, mash the pieces finely.
2. Add salt, cumin, cayenne pepper and mix well.
3. Add the chopped cilantro, tomato, onion, garlic and combine well. Adjust for salt, if required.
SERVING
4. Serve the guacamole dip with tortilla chips.
