Directions

MAKING
1. In a pot boil some water and place a sieve on top. Steam the dates in the sieve for 10-20 minutes or till soft.
2. In a food processor put the steamed dates. Add butter, ground cardamom, ground cloves and orange blossom water. Blend the ingredients until you get a smooth paste.

SERVING
3. Use this paste in desserts as topping or filling or a Nutella spread or store in an air tight container in fridge for 2 weeks and freezer for 2 months.
