Indian-Style Vegetable Curried Corn Recipe Video

Ingredients

 
2 ears corn
 
1/2 each onion and green bell pepper, chopped
 
2 ripe tomatoes, chopped
 
canola oil
 
2-5 green chilies, chopped
 
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
 
1 tsp each salt, pepper
 
1 tsp each cumin, mustard seeds, red pepper

Directions

Saute onion in heated oil with cumin and mustard seeds. Cook for 2 minutes. Add garlic and chilies. Add corn and veggies in the pot. Cover and cook for 5 minutes at medium heat. Add all seasonings. Simmer 15 minutes on low. Turn off the heat. Serve with rice/roti or a toast.
