Directions

MAKING
1. In a blender, add in the cucumber and blend for a few minutes.
2. Take out the cucumber and drain off the liquid using a strainer and spoon.
3. Place the cucumber in a medium bowl; add in the almond sour cream, onion, salt, basil, cilantro, mint and dill. Mix all the ingredients well.

SERVING
4. Serve the cucumber dip with fresh veggies or your favorite chips.

TIPS
For making almond sour cream - soak the almond for 1 day and sprout for one day. Blend the almond and add in the lemon juice and let it ferment.
