Creole Crab Burgers Recipe Video
Neikki will show us how to make delicious burger with crab meat.
Ingredients
1 beaten egg
3 scallions
1/4 cup white mayonnaise
Crab meat
Oyster sauce
Dry mustard sauce
Dry cayenne pepper
Salt
Bread crumb
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 hamburger
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well.
Form flat round shapes and fry them in a skillet with 3/4th cup vegetable oil.
Fry until they turn brown.
Sandwhich them inside a hamburger and enjoy.
