Crab Cakes Recipe Video

Ingredients
Vacation Crab Cakes:
* 1 lb crab (fresh if possible)
* 2 handful ritz crackers
* 1 egg beaten
* mayonnaise - 4 spoonfuls
* dijon mustard - 1 spoonful
* worchestershire sauce - 1 spoonful
* salt and pepper
Wonton Soup:
* 1/2 lb ground beef or turkey
* 1 egg beaten
* 1 T soy sauce
* 1 t sesame oil
* 1 T chopped scallions
* 1 t salt
* 1 T sugar
* 1 T water
* 65 wonton skins
* 1 qt Chicken broth
Directions
Vacation Crab Cakes:
Mix together all ingredients, form in to patties, and fry on medium heat for 4 minutes a side or until firm. Enjoy!
Wonton Soup:
Mix all Ingredients except skins and broth
Put 1 t meat mixture on each skin. Moisten edges with water and form a tight triangle
