Cheesy Mexican Ranch Dip Recipe Video
This is a mild Mexican Ranch Dip, its full of flavors without any spices. Ideal to serve children who don't like to eat spicy stuff. Pretty quick and simple to make. Only 5 ingredients are involved. Serve with chips, crackers or veggies. This dip will complement everything very well.
Ingredients
1/2 red pepper diced
1/2 green pepper diced
2 green onions
1 pack dry ranch dressing mix
A can of olives
A can of Fiesta corn
2 pack cream cheese
Directions
Mix 2 packs of cream cheese in a bowl, add a pack of ranch dressing mix. Mix them together.
Add chopped onions and pepper. Mix.
Add chopped olives. Mix.
Finally add the corn. Mix.
