Sour Cream Blueberry Muffins Recipe Video

MAKING
1. In a mixing bowl add sugar and butter and blend together.
2. Add egg and vegetable oil and beat together.
3. Add the second egg and beat together.
4. Add sour cream and some milk and give a whisk.
5. Add half a teaspoon of lemon extract.
6. In another bowl add flour, baking powder and baking soda and mix with a wire mixer. Alternately you can sift together.
7. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients along with blueberries and mix.
8. Take each scoop of the mixture and place in muffin cups arranged in muffin tins.
9. Bake them in 375 degrees F for about 30 minutes.
SERVING
10. Serve as snacks with beverages or as desired.
