2-3 lb pork baby back ribs
 
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
 
2-3 tbsp rice cooking wine
 
3 tbsp soy sauce
 
2 tbsp garlic ( minced)
 
2 tbsp ginger(minced)
 
2 tsp Chinese five spices
 
1 tbsp sugar (optional)
 
1/4 cup ketchup (optional)

Directions

In a small bowl, add hoisin sauce, rice cooking wine, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and Chinese five spices. Stir them well.
In a zip pouch bag, put pork baby back ribs. Add marinade sauce (reserve some) to the ribs. Mix well. Seal the pouch. Refrigerate for 6-8 hours or overnight.
Barbecue the ribs. Baste it with reserve marinade/hoisin sauce. Cut it into small pieces. Enjoy!
