Directions

GETTING READY
1. Marinade meat with herbs and let it sit for 30 minutes.

MAKING
2. Heat oil in a pan, add in the meat and let it cook on low heat till all the water get evaporated.
3. Add in the onion and scallions and stir well.
4. Pour in the soup broth and cover the pan, let it simmer for 30 minutes.
5. Meanwhile cook the rice in an electric cooker.

SERVING
6. In a plate place the rice and top with the meat. Serve and enjoy!
