1. To begin with, just chop the watermelon properly and take out the seeds. Nicely shred a large size sweet onion. Then put the chopped watermelon and onion in the slow cooker along with the pork. Hereafter, add any of your favorite dark beer and cook on medium flame until it becomes soft and tender.
2. Secondly, after cooking the pork, remove it and cut down the excess fat from the meat. Next, cut the meat into strips and put it again in the slow cooker over medium heat along with the whole mixture of watermelon and beer.
3. Thirdly, pour the BBQ sauce into the slow cooker and add any other your favourite spices such as honey, salt, pepper or cayenne.
4. Lastly, slice up some additional watermelon and remove the seeds. Once you are all set to serve the pulled pork and watermelon BBQ sauce, turn off the slow cooker. After that, you can add the extra sliced watermelon and stir with the BBQ sauce.
Your delicious pulled pork and watermelon BBQ sauce is ready to serve with grilled bread or warmed buns.
