Method of making Pulled pork and watermelon BBQ sauce:

1. To begin with, just chop the watermelon properly and take out the seeds. Nicely shred a large size sweet onion. Then put the chopped watermelon and onion in the slow cooker along with the pork. Hereafter, add any of your favorite dark beer and cook on medium flame until it becomes soft and tender.
2. Secondly, after cooking the pork, remove it and cut down the excess fat from the meat. Next, cut the meat into strips and put it again in the slow cooker over medium heat along with the whole mixture of watermelon and beer.
3. Thirdly, pour the BBQ sauce into the slow cooker and add any other your favourite spices such as honey, salt, pepper or cayenne.
