|Fresh peaches||2 Cup (32 tbs), peeled and sliced|

1.Preheat the oven at 400 degrees F and position the rack in the lower third.
2. Unroll the dough and cut into an 8-inch circle.
3.Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4.In a separate bowl mix the rest of the ingredients except the butter.
5.Place the peach mixture at the center of the dough.
6.Cut the butter into small cubes and scatter it on top of the fruit.
7.Fold the uncovered border of dough up over the filling, allowing the dough to pleat as you lift it up and work your way around the tart.
8.Brush the edge lightly with water and sprinkle with sugar.
9.Heat 3 tablespoons of the Peach & Blackberry Preserves in the microwave and brush over the filling while it’s hot.
10.Cut the tart with a pizza wheel or a sharp knife and Serve warm or at room temperature.
