Ingredients
Pizza dough
Pizza sauce
Cooked chicken
Basil leave
Shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions
Rinse and pat dry a whole skinned and deboned chicken breast. Season with olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Heat your grill. If using charcoal, pile the hot coals to one side of the grill and cook chicken indirectly for about 25 minutes — until completely cooked through.
If using a gas grill, heat it and turn half of your burners off. Place the chicken on the unlit side. Remove the chicken and cut into strips.
Make sure you have all of your ingredients ready and close by.
Oil the grill grate with olive oil.
Carefully place the pizza dough on the grill and cook for 4 to 5 minutes — until browned. Using 2 spatulas, flip the pizza. Cover the dough with pizza sauce. Top with chicken, basil and cheese. Cook for an extra 4 to 5 minutes — until cheese has melted. Remove carefully and
serve. Enjoy
