Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
2. Divide dough into 8 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a rope about 10 inches long.
3. Tie each strip loosely into a knot, stretching gently if necessary.

MAKING
4. Place knots 1 inch apart in staggered rows on the baking sheet and let rise for about 10 minutes.
5. Lightly brush each knot with beaten egg and bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
6. In a small bowl mix together garlic, oil, parsley and salt and set aside.
7. After 15 minutes, remove knots from the oven and top each evenly with the garlic
mixture.
8. Return to the oven and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown
and done.

SERVING
9. Serve Garlic Knots warm.
