 Banana1⁄2
 Vanilla bean1 (or vanilla extract)
 Almond milk1 Cup (16 tbs) (lite)
 Toffee nut stevia10 Drop (or flavor of your choice)
 Lean protein1 Tablespoon (44 calories or protein of your choice)
 Cold coffee1 Tablespoon
 Ice cubes4
 Carob powder2 1⁄2 Tablespoon (chatfield's)

Directions

MAKING
1. Slit the vanilla bean in half, and srape the seeds with the tip of knife.
2. In a blender, put all the ingredients together and blend it for about 30 seconds to 1 minute.

SERVING
3. Serve chilled.
