| Vanilla bean | 1 (or vanilla extract) | |
| Almond milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (lite) | |
| Toffee nut stevia | 10 Drop (or flavor of your choice) | |
| Lean protein | 1 Tablespoon (44 calories or protein of your choice) | |
| Cold coffee | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Ice cubes | 4 | |
| Carob powder | 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon (chatfield's) |
Directions
MAKING
1. Slit the vanilla bean in half, and srape the seeds with the tip of knife.
2. In a blender, put all the ingredients together and blend it for about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
SERVING
3. Serve chilled.
