Episode #14 How to Grille Pizza - Rain Recipe Video
In this episode I really demonstrate the power of mind over the environment. You'll never ever see a food network personality or chef cook in the Pouring rain, but NOTHING stops good ole Grilldog.
Ingredients
| For chicken sausage and barbecue pizza | ||
| Pizza base | 1 | |
| Chicken sausage | 3 , grilled and cut in to bite size pieces (t and h prime meats) | |
| Barbecue sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Chopped cilantro | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Sour cream | 1 Tablespoon | |
| For shrimp pizza | ||
| Pizza base | 1 | |
| Pesto | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Cooked shrimp | 4 Medium, cleaned | |
| Sun dried tomatoes | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Feta cheese | 4 Tablespoon | |
| For vegetable and pasta pizza | ||
| Pizza base | 2 | |
| Cooked pasta | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Cooked mixed vegetables | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Marinara pizza sauce | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Alfredo sauce | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Cheese sauce | 8 Tablespoon (divided in half) | |
Directions
For chicken sausage and barbecue pizza
MAKING
1. Place a pizza base on pizza tray, spread the barbecue sauce and top it with sausage.
2. Grill the pizza until the base is crispy and light brown on the edges.
3. Sprinkle with cilantro and put a dollop of sour cream.
SERVING
4. Cut the pizza in wedges and serve as desired
For shrimp pizza
MAKING
1. Place a pizza base on pizza tray, spread the pesto sauce.
2. Put cooked shrimps over the sauce, sprinkle with sun dried tomatoes and feta cheese.
3. Grill the pizza until the base is crispy and light brown on the edges.
SERVING
4. Cut the pizza in wedges and serve hot.
For vegetable and pasta pizza
MAKING
1. In a bowl, mix together pasta and vegetables.
2. In 2 pizza trays, place 1 pizza base on each.
3. Spread marinara sauce over 1 base and alfredo sauce on the other
4. Divide the pasta mixture equally and spread on each pizza base.
5. Top with cheese sauce equally over the pasta mixture.
3. Grill both the pizzas until the base is crispy and light brown on the edges.

4. Cut the pizza in wedges and serve hot.
