Ingredients
2 bacon strips
1 pac frozen spinach
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 c water
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp white vinegar
Directions
1. Brown bacon strips in a pan.
2. Add spinach and water. Let it cook.
3. Add salt and pepper and mix well.
4. Now, add minced garlic, sugar and white vinegar.
5. Let it cook for few minutes and serve.
