| Beef steak | 300 Gram, thinly sliced | |
| Cornflour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Red pepper | 1⁄2 Large, thinly sliced, deseeded | |
| Cucumber | 1⁄2 Small, thinly sliced | |
| Ginger | 2 Tablespoon, thinly sliced | |
| Spring onions | 1 Tablespoon, chopped finely | |
| Sesame seeds | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Honey | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Chili sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Sesame oil | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Vegetable oil | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Lettuces | 2 Small (Baby Gem) |

Directions
1. In a small bowl, combine beef and cornflour.
2. For making sauce – in a bowl, combine soy sauce, sweet chilli, honey, spring onions, ginger, sesame seeds and sesame oil. Whisk well.
3. In a pan, heat oil and cook beef steaks.
4. Pour in the sauce and keep stirring until sauce is absorbed and sticky.
FINALIZING
5. On a serving plate, place the lettuces. Put red pepper and cucumber strips on lettuce. Top it with beef pieces.
SERVING
6. Serve with chilli sauce.
