1/2 scoop VPX zero carb graham cracker
 
1 scoop Whey Protein powder
 
Water

Directions

1. Add 1 tbsp water to the protein powder in a small round ball and bake for 1 minute and 20 second on 50 percent power.
2. Add 1 tsp water to the graham cracker in a larger and flat bowl, mix and spread evenly. Bake on full power for 45 seconds. Flip it over and cook for another 30 seconds.
