1 whole pumpkin
 
Handful of pumpkin seeds
 
1 tbsp olive
 
Sea salt to taste

Directions

Method to make fresh pumpkin
1. You can use a rice/veggie steamer. Cut the pumpkin in half, scoop out the seeds and cut into chunks, steam for about 45 minutes or so. Peel and then mash.
2. Put a few inches of water into a big pot and cut the pumpkin in half, scoop out the seeds and cut into chunks and steam it. Peel and mash. You can always peel the pumpkin first and then steam.
3. Cut the pumpkin in half and put into a 350 oven and place in a baking dish with about 1 inch of water and cover. Bake for about 1-1 1/2 hours.
Method to bake the seeds
1. Scoop out the seeds.
2. Spread them in a baking dish.
3. Drizzle olive oil over them, sprinkle some sea salt,
4. Bake the seeds at 200 F for an hour.
