Directions
1.Chop red onion, white onion, parsley and garlic finely.
2.Boil some water on a sauce pan and put the heat on medium high. Add the clams to cook.
MAKING
3.In the same saucepan melt the butter and then add the chopped onions, garlic and parsley to it. Saute them for sometime.
4.Pour the white wine into it and then squeeze the juice of a lemon into the sauce pan.
5.Cover the top with a lid , turn the heat up and let it cook for few minutes.
SERVING
6.Uncover the vessel and remove the clams from the sauce pan and place them into a serving dish after pouring the left over sauce into the dish.
