| Ginger | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 2 LBS of chicken breast cut into thin strips or chicken wings deboned | ||
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm) | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Rice | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Add ingredients in small bowl mix well then add in pot. Let it cook over medium heat. once dish starts to boil bring lower heat. Stir occasionally. Cook dish until water has evaporated. Remove from heat serve dish.
