The meaning of Adobo which is to marinade. Chicken Adobo is our national dish of the Philippines.

Ingredients

 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), chopped
 Ginger0.5 , chopped
 Coconut1/4 Tablespoon
 Water1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Soy sauce4 Tablespoon
 Bay leaves3
 1 Whole Chicken cut into pieces (Skinned)

Directions

Add water into wok or pot to medium high. Add chicken, once water starts to boil reduce heat to simmer. Add ingredients, allow to cook 25 mins. Once cooked, plate it up serve with Jasmine rice. My favorite dish as a kid enjoy!!!
