Directions

Take some olive oil in a pan. Start with adding the spices.

Add cumin, some onion powder, some adobo seasoning and some black pepper powder. Mix.

Chop the onion and mince the garlic.

Add half of the chopped onion to the pan and then the garlic.

Add some salt to the onion and garlic in the pan. Stir.

Add the beans along with the juice in the can. Put in the diced tomatoes but its optional.

Drizzle some red wine vinegar and drop in one bay leaf.

Cook for about 15-20 minutes.

Cilantro sour cream Direction
Take the sour cream in a bowl.

Mince cilantro and add to the cream.

For serving the beans, take a plate of rice and place the beans at the center.

Put a scoop of cilantro sour cream over the beans and sprinkle some of the chopped onions.
