| Ginger | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Flank steak | 8 Ounce | |
| Tomato sauce | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Sausage | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |

| Pepper red | 1 To taste, cut into strips | |
| Potatoes | 4 Medium, peeled | |
| Ground black pepper | 1 Pinch | |
Directions
Heat wok or large skillet over medium heat-high heat. Cook onions and ginger for 2 to 3 minutes until onions caramelize, browning slightly. Lay beef in the skillet. Fry about 15 minutes, stir frying get nice searing char on meat to lock into the flavor. Drain old oil from meat before adding mixture.
In a bowl, mix together tomato sauce, peas, bell pepper, and potatoes. Pour into skillet slowly and stir occasionally. Simmer 25 to 30 minutes until meat is cooked through. Last season with salt and pepper (optional)
