 Instant dry milk powder1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (evaporated, non fat milk powder)
 Sugar1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), granulated
 Baking cocoa2 Tablespoon (Ghirardelli)
 Hershey's cocoa powder1 Tablespoon
 Scharffen berger1 Tablespoon
 Whole milk1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Semi sweet chocolate2 Medium, shavings (semi-sweet chocolate bar)
 Ice3 Cup (48 tbs)

Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, mix together sugar, evaporated instant dry milk powder, Ghirardelli cocoa, Hershey's cocoa powder and Scharffen berger cocoa to form the cocoa powder mix.
2. In a blender, add in the following order of milk,cocoa powder and ice. Blend until smooth.
3. Transfer this blend to a glass and top it off with some whipped cream.

SERVING
4. Sprinkle some grated semi-sweet chocolate shavings over the whip cream and serve.
