Ingredients
1 flank steak (about 2 pounds)
Salt and pepper
12 to 16 split butter-crisp herb buns
Directions
Make shallow diagonal cuts 1 inch apart on one side of steak (to keep meat from curling); place, scored side down, on broiler rack.
